A Demonstration of Technology for Physical Education Aquatic Classes |
Presentation of technology integrated into the learning process of aquatic students. Video/computer technology has been used to instruct approximately 4,500 students in various aquatic classes for three semesters at NC State University. Presenters will show how to video tape students during skill or fitness aquatic classes, capture and compress video, and place video on-line at the course website. This technology allows students to view embedded on-line technique questions that are linked to personal video and model performer’s video. Students compare their individual videos with demonstration skill videos without taking away instructional time from class. |
