| Current Implications of Title IX on Sport, Recreation and Physical Education Programs |
| This workshop will include lecture, panel and audience participation format. The status of Title IX will be updated, including recently decided, settled and pending litigation. Recent case law will be presented, reviewed and discussed. The panel will review the ramifications and implications on Sport, Recreation and Physical Education programs at all levels. The audience will be encouraged to present questions and situations for discussion and comment by the panel. |
