This session will provide a 21st Century overview of the Administrative Principles being used in higher education by health education chairs and deans. The presenters will consider the 21st Century implication of two or three admin-istrative principles for dealing with minority faculty and student recruitment, program and faculty development, outcome assessment, program reviews and accreditation, personnel evaluation, and finding resources and generating new revenue streams in difficult times. |
