From Greece to Jamaica: The State of Physical Education and Sport in a Changing World
This session is in two-parts. Part I focuses on an “International Community of Educators” and will consist of two related papers that examine and reflect on the work of student teachers and teacher educators participating in physical education on an international level. Part II will be a panel presenting an Olympic year overview of the state of the world in sports and physical education, in Greece, Thailand, Australia, and the Caribbean. Panelists from various continents will discuss the state of the world in physical education and sports in the 2004 Olympic year.
