Strengthen Your HP Program by Jumping on the Productivity Bandwagon
Health Productivity Management (HPM) is an emerging business strategy that is aimed at integrating and leveraging human assets of an organization to improve health and productivity. Session attendees will experience a productivity assessment tool and discuss the merits of indirect cost measurement. A real-life model of integration will illustrate the philosophy, implementation and impact of an HPM/Wellness program. The session will look at the role of the wellness professional and how your programs can benefit significantly by embracing and incorporating this new science. This program will challenge some of your assumptions and beliefs about the future of health promotion and your role in it.
