Water workouts are not for wimps. This session will teach you how to use water resistance and the principles of drag to train students for such land-based sports as football, basketball, track and field, soccer and more. You don't have to work with athletes, however, to benefit from this session, as the techniques shown can be modified for use with all populations from seniors to children. |
