Racewalking for the Beginner |
Walking is the most popular fitness activity in America today. Participants can learn to make simple adjustments to fitness walking to increase speed and caloric expenditure for enhanced benefits in time spent walking. This session will allow each walker to learn the technique necessary to begin a racewalking program. The class will focus on drills that are designed to make racewalking fun and easy. Sound racewalking technique can enhance a participant's racing skills, personal fitness, or simple walking for pleasure. Come join us to see how fun racewalking can be!. |
