It's Never Too Late to Dare: Programming for the Age Wave |
The population pyramid is turning upside down and baby boomers are beginning to flood the market for goods and services. To meet the interests and demand for recreational opportunities for an aging population, attention needs to be given to the unique needs and interests of this group. This session provides information about planning and implementing programs for older adults in outdoor settings. The over-arching theme is that it is “never too late” to encourage people of all ages to “dare” to be active outdoors. |
