| Discover some creative ways to teach rope jumping to anyone. Rene Bibaud, World Rope Skipping Champion and former artist of Cirque Du Soleil will share her skill breakdown series, while incorporating moves to add some real style.
Gain knowledge on rope throws, wraps, turns, movement, fancy footwork, arm action and body inversions which can turn jumping rope into a truly creative outlet. Basic instruction on double dutch turning and jumping with build up games will also be included.
Get ideas on starting your own team, and making a Jump Rope for Heart event at your school a success. |
