Welcome to the Present!: The Role of Mindfulness in Health and Wellness |
The purpose of this session is to discuss the role of mindfulness in spiritual wellness by providing a synthesis of the research as well as practical exercises for health and physical educators, health promotion practitioners, and fitness and wellness specialists. The goals of this program, which stem from the mission of the American Association for Health Education to improve the health of all people, focus on applying theory and research on mindfulness, spirituality, and wellness to practice. |
