Every teacher can use a new idea to teach both skill and fitness to middle and high school students. Using the health-related fitness philosophy, concepts and activities of Physical Best, teachers will find new activities that move beyond the traditional approaches to teaching skills. This session will provide numerous activities that are progressive in nature and focused on individual student success. |
