Tai Chi for All Ages and Abilities |
This program will be interactive. Participants will be introduced to the wide-reaching applications of basic Tai Chi exercise in a fashion that is fun and enjoyable. Participants will engage in passive movements that will be incorporated into cooperative practice. The cooperative practice will engage the participants in the role of both a "leader" and "follower". |
