Research Symposium-The Journal Manuscript Review and Publication Process: Enigmas, Ethics, and Entanglements |
This session will inform students and professionals about critical issues related to publishing in major refereed kinesiology journals. Major topics to be addressed include: (a) characteristics of good research articles, (b) characteristics of good article reviews, and (c) ethical issues. One goal is to dialogue about essential issues that will maximize the probability of getting manuscripts favorably reviewed and published. Another goal is to provide a forum for open discussion about issues related to the ethics of publishing that have arisen in recent years. |
