The Wonders of Skin
“The Wonders of Skin: Looking Good, Being Healthy” curriculum, an innovative, standards-based health education program for grades K-12 is designed to help promote students’ knowledge and skills for healthy living. Participants will learn how to help students assess their own risk behaviors from basic skin care to tattooing. The second presentation will focus on the prevalence of body decorating and the need to address this issue in health education classes.
