Networking to Improve Physical Education: Cutting-Edge Topics for Successful Physical Education Coordinators/Supervisors |
Six school district-level physical education coordinators/supervisors from around the country will lead roundtable discussions on the following topics: curriculum development, implementation, and proving student achievement; professional development on student assessment; assisting teachers in using technology in physical education; teacher supervision and district wide accountability; program evaluation for K-5 and 7-12; and advocacy and working with the community. They will talk about the challenges and successes they've had with the topic and will lead a brief discussion among the roundtable participants. Each roundtable discussion will last 20 minutes. Be a part of this great opportunity to increase your leadership skills and network with others who coordinate district physical education programs. |
