Physical Education Program and Grant Development: A Comprehensive Leadership Team Approach |
Teachers and program leaders in the Cambridge Public Schools Health, Physical Education & Athletics Department have experienced unusual success with garnering the grants and outside resources necessary to develop programs that more effectively meet the needs of their students. At the core of their success is a comprehensive leadership team approach to developing structures within and outside their department that improve their chances of getting and managing these grants and resources. Workshop participants will learn how to develop those structures and generate ideas for grant and program development resources in their own communities with special attention given to developing PEP Grant proposals. |
