What is Yoga? Learn From a Master and Soar With Your Strengths |
In the present day stressful world, the ancient art and science of self-help yoga therapy is the most needed tool to maintain sanity and strength. In this session, the roots of yoga and its science and philosophy will be discussed. Audience will easily find out how to achieve the dearly needed integration of body, mind, and spirit. Abundant opportunities to practice asana and pranayama for harnessing the life force and physical strength will be provided. Why and how to practice yoga will be discussed in a question/answer format. Recommend participants bring a mat/towel for the floor. |
