| As teachers and coaches, we are “at-risk.” One major error and a career is obliterated. This session provides coaches with a step-by-step approach to developing a personal philosophy statement. This statement will be critical to teachers and coaches as they face issues and challenges of the 21st century. How can you maintain a “survival” mode with developing fear and frustration? Attendees will leave this session with the steps necessary to complete a philosophy statement that lives, breathes, and directs daily performance. |
