The Outdoor Fitness Gym |
The outdoor fitness workout is designed to improve overall fitness in the outdoors. Since the outdoors is the gym the instructor must map out the route and determine how trees, fences, benches etc. along the route the participant walks or runs may be utilized as a part of the workout.
Attendees will:
1. Learn how to set up an outdoor fitness workout route.
2. Understand the concept of an outdoor fitness workout.
3. Become familiar and perform exercises that can be performed in the outdoors.
4. Participate in an outdoor fitness workout.
