| Using Interactive Instruction to Teach Motor Skill Recognition and Remediation |
| Recognizing and remediating movement patterns in young children is critical to teaching physical skills to children and youth. This symposium showcases one innovative WebCT video-based set of interactive instructional modules designed to teach critical diagnostic and pedagogical skills across specific motor patterns. Hands-on application of digital video imaging of movement patterns, supplemental course materials, and a seven step approach to the development of interactive learning technologies are provided. Suggested applications for other content areas are also summarized for interactive computer-based learning activities. Audience participants will leave with a demonstration copy of the software presented. |
