Teacher of Adapted Aquatics Credential Workshop
The Aquatic council's Teacher of Adapted Aquatics credential program will be available at the AAHPERD convention in San Diego. The new Teacher of Adapted Aquatics training is a "correspondence" type course consisting of a three-part study system: 1) Correspondence study with a mentor.(I) 2) Participation in a 4-hour on-site practicum (II) 3) Passing an on-site exam at the San Diego convention. (III) If you have enrolled and completed Phase I, meet in front of the Convention Center at 8:30 a.m. Site: City Heights Swim Center Pool, 4380 Landis St., San Diego (619) 641-6126.
