Networking Among Illinois High School Athletics Administrators |
What is the status of networking among interscholastic ADs? A review of literature to answer that question revealed little has been written regarding the attitudes toward, beliefs about and values associated with the networking practices and relationships of interscholastic athletics administrators.
In an attempt to better understand networking among high school ADs, a survey instrument was sent to a random and purposive sample of 526 Illinois interscholastic ADs asking them to describe their networking behaviors. Of particular interest was whether men and women ADs differed in their networking practices and relationships. |
