Marketing and Fund-Raising Strategies for Girls' and Women's Sports Programs
Individuals working with sports programs designed primarily for women will benefit from this session on fund-raising. Presenters will tell you how they achieved success in accessing revenue to fund high school, college, professional, and community-based sports programs. Strategies to acquire sponsors and retain them, relationship marketing and creative fund-raising will be presented. All presenters have had extensive experience working with building a revenue base to fund womens athletic and sports programs. Some strategies will be theory-based, and others will be experiential, but they all will be grounded in models for success created over time by these innovative professionals.
