Reaching Beyond Standards and Assessment: Engaging Learners in Their Learning |
This session aims to guide the participants in creating and revising standards based programs where learning is assessed and learners are motivated to be engaged in their learning. Much direction has been provided by practitioners and scholars as to how to use standards and assessments to design programs; our purpose will be to expand on this foundation toward the end of using standards, assessment and learning theory to motivate students to learn and achieve. |
