MASSPEC Day: Heart Zones Circuit Training
You will learn to use a heart rate monitor to measure your students' current fitness level as well as maximum, threshold, delta, ambient, and recovery heart rate. You will learn how to determine students fat burning zones and learn ways to increase student energy expenditure. Come prepared to workout and leave with your individual heart rate numbers. This is your starting point to an entirely new way to meet exercise goals. If your students would like to perform at their best and learn how to use a heart rate monitor this is the session for you.
