Obtaining Maximum Effort and Results From Your Athletes Through Motivation
This program will benefit coaches, athletes, sport administrators and sport psychologists at all levels. The audience will learn motivational techniques that are used, primarily by coaches and sport psychologists. The central focus will hinge on the discussion of motivational theories as well as providing practical/real-life examples of attempts to motivate athletes. Whereas, sport psychologists and coaches in the audience may choose to implement some of these motivational techniques, the sport administrators and athletes will gain a better understanding of the driving forces behind the methods of motivation of the coach and sport psychologist.
