Volleyball Officiating: Then and Now
In a short period of time, women's volleyball has made many changes. The change in rules has allowed players to develop high-level skills, which are challenging the skills of referees at all levels. This year the most significant change is that the NCAA will become the rule making body for women's collegiate volleyball.
