Developing Strength, Quickness, & Speed
This activity based session will provide an overview of utilizing the Olympic lifts and plyometrics in the development of strength, quickness, and speed from the physiological & practical perspective. The presentation will demonstrate, teach and assess isolated elements of this type of conditioning program and begin identifying the structure of training program design specific to the physical demands of sport.
