| Credible Coaching: Unlocking and Unleashing Your Athletes' Full Potential |
| What distinguishes the great coaches from the rest of the crowd? What are the intangibles they possess that allow them to be consistently successful? How do some coaches inspire loyalty for a lifetime while others have athletes who create a mutiny and secretly try to get their coach fired? The purpose of this workshop is to answer these questions and provide coaches with strategies they can use to enhance their credibility and success. Participants will have an opportunity to evaluate their current coaching philosophy and strategies they use to motivate athletes. |
