Successful Mentoring of University Junior Faculty and Students
This program is designed to provide attendees with information about establishing and maintaining successful mentoring programs for junior faculty and students. Presenters represent a variety of levels of mentors, and junior faculty and students who have benefited from the mentoring process. Various institutions will be represented to provide a broad-based overview of successful mentoring practices. The program will begin with a series of presentations on successful mentoring practices followed by a panel discussion and question and answer period.
