Shared Perspectives of a Collaboratively Developed Relationship |
Establishing collaborative relationships between universities and local public schools has provided benefits to both institutions. This program will describe a collaboratively developed project from four perspectives 1) high school students, 2) undergraduate pre-service teachers, 3) a high school teacher, and 4) a university professor. The project was designed to have a multi-directional impact. Identified goals included increasing high school student motivation and participation, exposing high school teachers to tactical teaching, and providing a multi-cultural teaching experience to pre-service teachers. |
