| Content Validity and Internal Consistency Reliability for Affective Scale Development |
| Practitioners and test developers need to be aware that the standards for scale development have been revised and various adaptations have recently been added. Newer approaches to content valdiity will be presented including hands-on, practical application ot item-content relevance procedures. A comparison of alpha and composite reliability indices will be included so that practitioners will have a clear understanding of the uses of various internal consistency estimates. Applications will be delimited to development of scales in the affective domain. |
