Using HU-M-AN (Human Movement Analysis) Software
Video-based biomechanical analysis has developed rapidly during the past decade. The HU-M-AN software program is an affordable, easy to use, video-based biomechanical analysis tool that brings technology within the reach of the majority of teachers and students. The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate the capabilities of the software and to provide hands on practice. To begin using the software, participants need only to have some experience with windows based programs. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete laboratories in projectile analysis, gait analysis, calculation of the center of gravity, and/or vertical jump analysis.
