Fitness Programs for Older Adults: A Training Workshop, Day 2-- Activities to Enhance Balance, Flexibility, and Strength Training for the Prevention of Falls |
Session 2 Health Care and Fitness practitioners who work with older adults will take home the latest techniques used to enhance balance, flexibility, and strength training for the prevention of falls. Adaptations for frail and well elderly, contraindications, and practical applications are included. Participants will experience a variety of techniques, exercises, and activities to enhance effective program development for this population. |
