Leadership 101: Building Leaders Through Experiential Education
One of the missions of Texas Womans University is to facilitate leadership development in graduates. Through the years, this has proven to be a difficult goal to accomplish. The purpose of this workshop is to present the content of a course developed which represents the Kinesiology Department's initial approach to leadership development. This course provides the bedrock experience from which to build a repertoire of skills as well as an understanding of the concept of leadership.
