| Is quality daily physical education enough to achieve a positive health benefit in children? In Canada, we believe it is a very important component but not the only factor. To achieve healthy active children and youth we need healthy active school environments, involved parents, community partnerships, effective policies as well as quality physical education programs offered on a daily basis.
