"Urban Orienteering" is based around the sport of orienteering and provides a low cost, easy to use alternative with great cross-curricular potential. Urban Orienteering offers "low key" competition in an exciting alternative to traditional sports. Participants will learn to design and implement a variety of urban courses. Participants will complete short courses at the convention sight with an opportunity to complete more courses before attending an optional follow-up social to discuss their experiences, compare results and discuss implementation.
