In becoming an administrator there is generally little to no training but there are avenues you can take to prepare yourself. This session will focus on positive steps and tips for those seeking an administrative path. Besides the traditional information from noted authors and personal anecdotes, the classic secrets of Attila the Hun will be incorporated. This approach will add new insights and perspectives on leadership and the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. |
