| Alliance Scholar Lecture: My Environment Made Me Do It: Youth Physical Activity |
| Recent studies have shown that physical and social environmental factors have the potential for promoting youth physical activity in school, youth sport, home, and leisure-time settings. Dr. McKenzie presents a personal overview of 20 years of collaborative work to understand environmental influences on child and adolescent physical activity. Emphasis is placed on the use of systematic observation to study the effects of innovative programs in school settings. |
