This presentation will introduce the goals and objectives for a model comminity's sport, phusical activity and recreation facilities. the foundational goals for a model community including variety, inclusion, community partnerships, safety, comprehensive planning and times accessibility will be introduced. The Bay Shore Wellness Alliance is a unique example of the kind of school/community collaboration that can improve the health and wellness of the citizens of the twenty-first century.
