Assessment in a Nutshell
This workshop will feature a leader in assessment within elementary physical education, Suzanne Schiemer. The purpose of this workshop is to share, "in a nutshell", the purpose and role of assessment in elementary physical education, types of assessments, how to compile assessment data and meaningfully share this information with students, parents, and administrators. Physical educators from across the United States will also provide their assessment ideas relative to children's fundamental motor skills, games, gymnastics, fitness, and social responsibility. Fine tune your assessment knowledge base and attend COPEC's "Assessment in a Nutshell!"
