This is a must for all new teachers. If you are in your first through fifth year of teaching, join veteran teachers and past CAHPERD and AAHPERD Teachers of the Year to discuss major concerns, issues and strategies that will help you become a change agent for the future of physical education. The areas of focus will include: Major concerns and present issues (class size, working with "dinosaurs", change), Working within obsolete programs (old PE vs new physical education), How to PR your program (creative funding), Creating change to effect the future of phsyical education (solutions and strategies), Professional networking (creating a support and inspirational system). |
