Cutting Edge Adventures in Your Physical Education Curriculum
During the first part of this session, you will learn how to design a comprehensive adventure education program for high school students from an experienced staff from Lyons Township in LaGrange, IL. Curriculum components include purpose/benefits, rallying support, classroom management, safety, equipment needs, PR and having fun. The second part of this session will emphasize fun with a combination of activities for rainy day games, large groups, leadership & cooperative games, motivational strategies and fun dances presented by California teachers as part of the California Physical Education Workshop at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
