Seeing is believing: Using Observational Learning to Modify Physical and Psychological Skills
Watching others peform is often used as a teaching technique in sport settings. In this session we will explore how observational learning can be used not only to modify physical skills, but also to modify psychological skills. Current research will serve as the basis for providing practical examples for coaches and teachers.
