The purpose of the first portion of this session is to describe the effectiveness of Sidentop's Sport Education Model (SEM) to revitalize your physical education program and comply with the NASPE standards. Through hands on physical activities, the second portion of this session will introduce the principles of sports science and how to infuse biomechanics, exercise physiology and motor control into your exixting
physical education curriculum content. |
