The Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Treatment of Shoulder Injuries
The physical therapist/biomechanist and the athletic trainer will present shoulder injuries from an analytical point of view. The related anatomy and biomechanics of each injury will be discussed as well as its clinical signs, symptoms, and treatments. Topics will include acute and sub-acute injuries of the athletic shoulder. Some demonstrations on volunteers from the audience will be shown. Question and answer period will follow the formal presentation.
