This session will provide a follow up to the coaching guidelines that were identified as counter-productive or even harmful, or inappropriate to the development of the adolescent female athlete as well as those in the best interests of the adolescent female athlete—appropriate. Additional practices have been added to the current published list. These guidelines can be used as a self-assessment for coaches as they compare their own coaching techniques and practices.
