The US Lacrosse Soft Stick Program introduces a co-ed version of lacrosse that utilizes special molded-head sticks and soft balls. It is designed for K-12 PE and youth programs. The modified equipment allows for quick success and is designed to eliminate the need for protective equipment. Students have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game, enjoy a rigorous physical activity, and can inspire students to seek opportunities to play. (CEU)
