Physical Best activities are designed to assist students in understanding fitness concepts through physical activity. The purpose of this activity-based session is to provide an overview of elementary Physical Best activities and to provide specific modifications for students with a variety of disabilities. Attendee’s will be provided with a template that can be used for the modification of fitness activities and will have an opportunity to share their own adaptations with the audience. (CEU)
