There's a reason why top professional and amateur athletes use jump rope as an integral part of their training—jump rope is an effective tool to build agility, strength, quickness, speed, coordination, endurance and balance. Learn how to incorporate jump rope into your athletics training and PE classes through conditioning exercises, sports directed skills and combinations. Modifications will also be explained to allow for greater inclusiveness. Handouts will include skills, drills, and progressions. (CEU)
